Processing Time

Once an order is placed, please allow 1–5 business days for processing and shipping. If you have entered an incorrect mailing address, contact us immediately to help avoid delivery issues.

Shipping Duration

International shipping typically takes 2–4 weeks, while local delivery usually takes 3–7 days. 

For preorders, please note that production will begin after the preorder period ends and may take 2–3 months to complete. Kindly ensure that you’re comfortable with the waiting time before placing a preorder. All sales are final—no refunds or cancellations will be accepted. Lost Packages

For international shipping, once the parcel has been dispatched overseas, The Gentle Pansy is no longer able to take responsibility for any lost packages. However, if you have not received your parcel after 8 weeks, please reach out to us—we will do our best to assist you and resolve the issue within our capabilities.

Customs or Taxes 

Please note that The Gentle Pansy is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be charged by your country’s customs office upon the arrival of your package. These charges are determined by local regulations and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for more information on potential fees before placing an order. 

Receiving an incorrect pin or grade

While we strive for accuracy, occasional human errors can happen. If you receive an incorrect pin or grade, please reach out to us via email or dm us on instagram with clear photos and videos of the item. Once the issue is verified, we’ll gladly send you the correct pin.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The Gentle Pansy operates under a No Return Policy. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once a purchase has been completed. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to contact us prior to ordering.
