Update on Deliveries to US – Effective 29 August 2025

Starting 29 August 2025, all parcels entering the United States will be subject to customs duties, taxes, and applicable fees, regardless of the parcel’s value. This is a new requirement set by U.S. Customs and will apply to every international shipment.

From the same date, The Gentle Pansy will ship all orders to the United States under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms, with full tracking provided.

What this means for you as a buyer:
You will not need to pay any additional taxes or fees when receiving your parcel in the United States.

This update ensures compliance with new U.S. customs regulations and will apply to all international shipments arriving in the United States from 29 August 2025 onward.
